Asteria has a personal style that embraces romantic, unconventional, and relaxed inspired design. We select the perfect blooms; there is a purpose behind each stem; while keeping our clients in mind, we thoughtfully curate details custom-tailored to each couple.

We enjoy a good love story and learning more about you, how you met, your first date, favorite travel destinations, anything else that is unique about you. Of course, we are mindful of color palettes and themes but we like to be intentional behind the vibe you are going for and the experience you're trying to create as a couple.

Understand Your Vision
It's all in the details, so to start the process, we send out a questionnaire. Go into as much detail as you like once received; we will schedule a consultation call with you to get the nitty-gritty details needed to curate a custom floral proposal for you.
Once we have received your questionnaire, completed our first consultation, and the details are discussed, we create a custom proposal for you, including a curated mood board+ estimated floral quote. Then, we schedule our second call via web meeting to review your mood board and quote with you.

Create Your Custom Proposal
After reviewing your mood board + quote, let us know your thoughts. We allocate two meetings to have us edit your proposal if revisions are needed. Once you book with us, we send out our contract to sign you on as a client and set up a final meeting closer to your date to review all changes, updates, & last counts!

For all wedding and event florals, please fill out this form and we will be in touch in 24-48 hours. Please note we have a $6,000 wedding minimum for full scale design services. We also offer smaller preplanned packages that you can check out via our services page.

01What is the minimum budget you work with?
We have worked with all different budget scales but going into this season of our business we are no longer working with budgets under $5,000.
02Do you offer rentals?
We do not offer rentals outside of what we use for our events. We do offer our clients the option of renting our Moon Gate Arch and all of the floral vessels needed for the event.
03What are your most requested dates?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible. Because we are in California our wedding season isn’t the typical may-July. Our busy season starts in August and runs through November. October dates are our most requested.
